Palette Visualizer
Preview your colors on real designs for a better visual understanding, and keep the palette honest while you do it: every template draws from the same colors, so a tint that only works on white — or an accent that disappears on a dark surface — shows up here, before it reaches a design system. More templates to come!
A palette looks calm on five rectangles and unruly the moment it has to hold a headline, a button, a chart and a price table at once. This visualizer puts the same colors through 24 design templates across five categories — mobile and web UI, branding, typography, pattern and illustration — so the palette is judged where it will actually be used. Every template reads the same roles (lightest, darkest, accent, and a pale paper tint), which is why a two-color palette still produces a complete layout, and why changing one swatch redraws the whole grid.
Frequently asked questions
It previews a color palette as finished design work instead of a row of swatches: the same colors are applied to a landing page, a dashboard, a pricing table, mobile screens, brand cards, type lockups, patterns and an illustration, so a palette can be judged in context before it reaches a project.
Good to know
- Colors are assigned by role — lightest, darkest, most saturated, and a pale paper tint — so a two-color palette still fills a whole dashboard without repeating a swatch.
- The bar and the category chips stay pinned under the header while the grid scrolls, so the palette can be changed with the templates still in view.
- The logotype tiles pick their text color from each tile’s luminance, the same rule the contrast checker scores.
- The card and the exported tile are the same SVG string, so the download is a picture of exactly what was on screen.
- The illustration set covers people, objects, nature, storyboard panels, an isometric product scene and six monoline spot drawings, so a palette is tested in flat color and in 3px line work.
